We are looking for a self motivated individual who can contribute to a team environment. Since January 2022 we have put the work schedule into the hands of our team members. By maintaining a high level of productivity we have been able to offer a 36/40 work week. This means our full time team members work Monday through Thursday, nine hours daily or 36 hours at the end of Thursday's work shift and in return are paid for 40 hours. One Friday in advance is designated for extra hours. This one extra shift a month allows our team members to earn more straight hours and over time hours each month. Our productivity goals are measured weekly and shared with the team so that everyone is aware of our progress and if our goals are being maintained. Instead of being treated like a "factory worker" our team members assume accountability and contribute towards everyone's success. When goals are achieved everyone shares in the financial rewards with monthly bonuses.

Attributes of an ideal candidate:

Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools.

Detail orientated.

Computer literate.

Effective time management skills.

The ability to multi-task.

A person that can contribute to a team and demonstrate affective leadership.

A problem solver.

The below are preferred but not required:

Three years experience either machining or quality control.

Knowledge of GD&T

CMM operating / programming
